As Director of IT for a healthcare organization, he led IT strategy, budgeting, infrastructure and cloud operations, vendor relationships, application development oversight, cybersecurity governance, business continuity, and security audit coordination.
His subsequent senior infrastructure project management roles included supporting a major banking data-center and cloud migration program, enterprise communications and security initiatives, and technology procurement projects for a Michigan county government.
Earlier roles included project delivery and consulting in automotive, utilities, software development, and supply-chain environments. His work has involved complex stakeholder groups, significant procurement decisions, and business-critical implementations.
